We offer both a Gold and Silver service at a cost of £25 CYP and £19 CYP respectively. Your home will be thoroughly cleaned, aired, refreshed and welcoming for your guests, or yourself. Who wants to spend the first day or two of their holiday having to clean when they should be relaxing?
Welcome packs will also be available to your own, or your guests, specification.
We will ensure that, in your absence, your home is safe and secure. Any problems will be taken care of as soon as identified, but not until you are fully aware of the situation.
Everyone has a different idea of what an emergency is. We do not classify an emergency as a burnt out light bulb but, for example, a leak may well become a flood if left overnight and, in such an instance, we can help. Should an emergency arise, you can rest assured that we will sort the problem out for you, even if only on a temporary basis, until you are contactable and made aware of whatever the emergency may be.
We shall offer a reliable 24 hour taxi service.
Most property owners feel more at ease if they know that their property is visited and checked on a weekly or monthly basis. Appliances will be checked, your property aired, and your post can be forwarded on to the U.K. if required.
We offer the service of photographic updates of the progress of your build via e-mail, liaison with your developer and, where possible, last minute accommodation as, in many cases, the given takeover date is not met by the developer.
In addition, we have found, through our own unbiased experience, where to purchase fixtures and fittings, and which stores/companies offer reliable service and delivery.
We have both a one and two bedroom apartment in Kato Paphos should you wish to rent, either for a holiday, or while you are waiting to move in to your own new home.
