'Iris Sea View' is a brand new, privately owned apartment situated in the delightful harbour town of Kato Paphos, and is a twenty minute stroll away from the harbour, shops, bars, tavernas and restaurants. One of only eight apartments, our home is located on the second floor, the third floor being the large private roof terrace area where you can sunbathe from dawn till dusk.

Fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high specification, the beechwood kitchen is fitted with a microwave, washing machine, dual fuel hob, fan-assisted oven, extractor, fridge-freezer, iron, etc. All linen is provided.

The lounge area offers a view of what is locally known as 'The Acropolis' - a large rock usually lit up in the evenings. This also gives an alternative view from the sea if you choose to have your drinks on the roof terrace. Ceiling fans are fitted in the lounge/dining area and bedroom areas. Although ideal for two, this apartment has a very comfortable sofa-bed, giving extra accommodation.

The large bathroom has a shower and bath, and is fully tiled in a honey colour. The dual aspect bedroom has twin beds, floor to ceiling fitted beechwood wardrobes, and the bedroom patio leads directly on to the balcony - ideal for that first morning cup of coffee in the sun.
